🎉 It's not just the stock market that went on a tear last month - April home sales in Nolensville (Williamson County) jumped more than 100% year-over-year!📈 The preliminary numbers are in, and at least 39 homes sold last month - making it the strongest April for Nolensville home sales since 2022... and third strongest April so far in the 2020s.👀 Months of available housing supply in town also dropped by more than 50% compared to March.
