The median selling price for a Nolensville (Williamson, Davidson, & Rutherford county) home last month was the second-highest figure EVER, reaching $876,000.
Meanwhile, homes in the Wiliamson County portion of Nolensville sold even higher… with median prices hitting $911,950. That broke a three-month trend of declining, year-over-year, median sales prices.
Finally, mortgage rates are nudging back up again, hitting 6.97% today for the 30-year, fixed. That’s according to Mortgage News Daily.
