My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (Broadcast Journalism Major) from Georgia State University in 2002. Before real estate, I spent nine years as a television news reporter, anchor, and weatherman, working at television stations in Casper, Wyoming, Palm Desert, California, and Nashville, Tennessee.
I earned my real estate license in September 2013, moved up to a broker license in September 2016, and opened the doors to my own real estate company in January 2019.
In addition to formal education and my first career, I have continued building expertise through real estate training and education (more than 300 hours), market analysis, negotiation education, contract knowledge, digital marketing, and ongoing professional development.
